Before you request a withdrawal

The five checks

1. KYC is complete

The KYC must be verified before the platform can process a withdrawal. A pending KYC is the most common reason a withdrawal stalls.

2. Bonus rollover is met

If you have an active bonus, the rollover requirement must be met before you can withdraw the bonus balance.

3. Bank / UPI name matches

The name on the bank account or UPI handle must match the name on the KYC document. A mismatch is the second most common reason a withdrawal stalls.

4. Withdrawal method is supported

Most platforms support UPI and netbanking. A few support cards. The supported methods are listed on the platform’s help page.

5. The amount is within the limit

Platforms set a minimum and maximum withdrawal amount. The limit is on the platform’s help page.

A typical withdrawal workflow

From request to bank

Step 1 · Request

You submit a withdrawal request from the app or the website. The request is queued for review.

Step 2 · Review

The platform reviews the request against the KYC, the bonus rollover and the payment method. Most reviews complete in a few hours.

Step 3 · Approval

On approval, the platform initiates a payment to the registered bank or UPI handle. The transaction reference is shared by SMS or in-app.

Step 4 · Settlement

Settlement time depends on the payment method. UPI usually settles within minutes; netbanking may take 1–2 working days.

What stalls a withdrawal

The four common blocks

Pending KYC

The KYC document is uploaded but not yet verified. The platform’s support page shows the typical review time.

Name mismatch

The name on the KYC document does not match the name on the bank account. The fix is a new KYC with the matching document.

Bonus rollover not met

An active bonus has a rollover requirement that has not been completed. The platform’s terms page shows the requirement.

Payment method not supported

The withdrawal was requested to a method that is not supported (a card, a wallet, a third-party UPI handle). The platform’s help page shows the supported methods.

If the withdrawal is stuck

The platform’s customer support is the first stop. Provide the withdrawal reference, the trigger confirmation and the bank statement entry if available. If the platform does not respond, the responsible-play page lists the small-print escalation options.
